Every week we run 9 classes to support our members with different styles of workout and activity. Included with every membership.

2 classes a week

Conditioning Classes

Conditioning classes are a 29-minute HIIT of cardio and light weights exercises in rotation. 6 stations, 2 exercises each station, with 30 seconds on each exercise then 30 seconds rest between stations. 3 rounds....and sometimes a wee extra finisher to work that little bit harder!
Always you vs you, so suitable for every ability level!

Strength Classes

Strength classes focus on getting used to all the weight training equipment in the gym, in a quick-fire 23 minute class. 8 exercises each week, done in rotation with two timing options:
Option 1: 45 seconds exercise, 45 seconds rest
Option 2: 60 seconds exercise, 30 seconds rest
Use tempo and those timings to choose your intensity level - you'll definitely get a burn at this one!

Hybrid Class

Mix of Strength and Conditioning, to get your muscles pumped and your heart rate going! Only 20 seconds activity at a time, paired with another member, for 2 rounds of 6 exercise pairs. Go at your own pace, only 30 minutes total, and guaranteed to get you sweaty and worked!

Every Saturday - 3 classes

Saturday Superclass

For an hour we turn the whole gym over to the Saturday Superclass! Kicking off at 9:15am with Round 1, we put you through 5 exercise groups, each with 5 individual exercises in the group - one each of Push, Pull, Legs, Core and Cardio. Sweaty, noisy, great weekend vibes and all done in 20 minutes. Or stay for 2 or 3 rounds and get all your weekend burn done in one go! Our busiest class with up to 25 spaces every week!
